Top gym, possibly the best in Northants. Everything you could possibly need. Caters for everyone, cardio , body building & strongman. Owners are friendly and will offer advice if required which many gyms won't or can't offer. Fantastic gym, and I've been to more than a few ! Also, this gym is constantly adding new equipment .

Very happy using this Gym.
Everyone is so nice and friendly and help is always available when needed. Run in a very professional way. It is very carefully maintained during this difficult time. The equipment is all there for an effective work out

Been going here for over a year now. You won't find a gym anywhere else with as much equipment as this place. Staff and others in the gym are very respectful and serious about using the gym. If you're looking to push some serious weights this is the place to go.

Great gym , fantastic equipment , friendly owner . Went down for a day pass , as I'm moving to the area soon. The owner was very friendly showed me everything I needed, and has some of the best equipment . I have been to a few powerlifting/strong man/bodybuilding gyms in the country but this has too be one of the best I've been too.
