The Unit Gym

Iv been training with the owner of The Unit Gym for a while and she is fantastic, Really supporting of my goals and always enthusiastic. She has helped me with toning up, smashing pb’s developing my form and posture which has helped me recover from a fairly unpleasant broken hand and wrist.

During lockdown I found this place on Instagram and thought wow looks really nice in the pictures but didn’t know what to expect. The following day I just turned up there and met the owner of the gym she was so kind and helpful showed me around all the equipment which was cool and explained how t.u.g works . I know what I’m doing been training for years but your always learning new things and last week I did some new leg exercises which I’m still recovering from now lol . All in all this place is great it’s growing and new equipment is been delivered every week so plenty of tools to go to work with . The gym also has a bang and olfsen music system which I blast every time I’m there such a positive place to be amazing vibes . I wish everyone at t.u.g the best well done guys !! 💯💯💯❣️❣️
