Amazing gym with great classes for all of the family. Instructors are motivating whilst being friendly. Highly recommend for anybody wanting to improve their fitness and/or strength 👍

I did the boxing session here and it was great. The coach was top class and took the time to explain the basics, Im new to boxing and was worried I would be holding people up but it wasn't the case, its got a great atmosphere and I would definitely recommend.
