Fantastic staff, very good kit, two floors of equipment! Deadlift platform, squat rack, inverted leg press, upstairs bags, benches, gates, dumbbells (up to 65kg) and all the accessory machines. Everyone’s friendly, great place for some new PB’s!!

Great gym!! Really nice atmosphere, old school feel. And all the staff are really friendly and helpful! Glad I moved to the gym!

I sometimes visit and stay over in Caldicot for work. The other "council" gym gives me Soviet Union vibes. This one is good. 2 floors of variety of equipment, pretty much everything you could need for weightlifting. Even some machines I haven't seen much elsewhere. They're not the newest ones but definitely well looked after. Best Caldicot has to offer.
