Good gym and nice setup. However, very rude staff, lack of professionalism and and careless towards customers. Myself and my colleagues (All black-Africans) have been training in the boxing room and cross-fit area few times and we were always watched and followed by one of their staff.
She came once and interrupted us in a very rude manner and told us to put back all the weights in their place. We tried having a chat with her to please be more polite, and also wait for us to finish the training then have a chat in regard to any query. She would not listen at all, shouting at us and insulting myself saying that I am a rude man.
We wanted to raise a complain to the manager and they had NO COMPLAIN PROCEDURES AT ALL. The next day my account was freeze with no reason and the following day the manager cancelled the membership without explanation.
Very discriminating action and no say at all. I do not think they understand what is equality and respect to customers with different backgrounds! Very racist

What can I say? I have been coming to this gym, which is in my opinion the best in Cardiff and I do not think I will ever be cancelling my membership. They have all the equipment I will ever need and they are the friendliest gym in the city.

They keep things smooth by making sure that members who continually abuse the facilities are taught good etiquette. Extra strong flush in the boys' toilets which is what every high protein gym-cat needs, if you know what I'm saying...

Great vibe, sometimes dodgy music (joke), (edit: the music is a bit dodge sometimes :) friendly peeps and above all a constantly improving and adapting gymnasium come together for a perfect combo.

If you read any reviews on here that are not 5 star, take it from me that they are either hidden competitors trying to pull a fast one OR they have been banned for bad behaviour and equipment abuse.

Best gym in Cardiff everything you need and more. Coaches and staff are friendly top notch equipment something for everyone no matter what type of training you prefer..all done with a smile

An excellent gym, really well equipped for power lifting. Incredibly welcoming and friendly for everyone. The trainers are very knowledgeable and always happy to help. Cafe is small and open plan but the coffee is great, there are plenty of power points, a microwave if you want to bring your own food, and you're welcome to sit and stay as long as you want. You'll have some nice conversations too!

Very cool spacious large gym. Perfect for functional training as well as weights. I train in calisthenics and it’s perfect for that too. Wooden rings, parallettes and bars.

Excellent Gym. Well stocked with a huge variety of equipment. Plenty of parking space. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Can be a little busier at the rush hour.

Great gym for everything. I mainly train calisthenics here and it is best equipped for calisthenics training compared to other gyms in cardiff
