I am really happy I chose Ian for my personal trainer.I think I have accomplished a lot in last 8months, he always pushes me over my limit and I feel stronger,healthier every day and more confident as my body changes. The trainings are very versatile so its never boring and I just love it :) I am really happy and don’t regret a minute or a money spent 🙂
