Pen Y Bont Fitness is honestly the most friendly, inclusive and fun gym around! Rob and the team are so welcoming and will push you to achieve your goals. The amazing coaches at PYB Fitness have completely changed my perspective of exercise and fitness, and the classes they put on are varied and addictive! This isn’t just a gym for me it’s a community in which I’ve met some great people, and I genuinely look forward to going. Highly recommend 👍

Can’t recommend PYB fitness enough! Classes are fun, varied and suitable for all abilities. Coaches always on hand to support you, help with technique and push you to keep going. Wouldn’t want to train anywhere else now. Best in Bridgend!

I started doing the bootcamps as soon as PYB opened. Rob and Alex are friendly and welcoming.

This club is suitable for all fitness levels, my fitness has vastly improved during the first week as I am being pushed during the circuits. I must add, pushed by myself, Rob encourages bit doesn't beast you. You are free to take each station at your own pace/level.

So no matter where you are in your fitness journey, if you can make the time get down to PYB! Thanks guys! 💪🏽💪🏽

First timer this morning, the trainer was super friendly and helpful, but also pushes you by shouting across the hall if he sees you're giving up haha. A good variety of ages and both men and women in the group. I am going to book 10 sessions for £40.
