I have been training at this gym since I started my fitness journey in 2019. I still enjoy every session I go to, this is due to the friendly environment of fellow gym members and especially the staff. It is by far the best gym in rhosllanerchrugrog area, every time I speak to the owner (Paul) he is always looking at new equipment and on how to improve the gym, he also gets the feedback of new machines from members. I feel as if most of the gyms in this area Are not up to standard equipment wise apart from this one, this is the only gym in the area which gives off bodybuilding vibes and not a commercial vibe which is a big factor in most gym users motive to train. All in all a top quality gym, can’t say a bad word about it .

I’ve been a member at RFC for a few years now and haven’t got a bad word to say about it is a great gym, staff are always nice and friendly. The gym has the best equipment in the area for all your needs and are always looking to improve.
