Q Fitness is one of the friendliest gym I have trained in. Owners are always up for a chat and have a laugh. The team are so supportive and always meet the needs of their customers. Memberships are well priced.

The gym is spacious, well equipped, provides a good range of supplements and the gym itself, the toilets and showers are always clean. The gym is very aesthetic, has good lighting and has good music playing. It feels like a very safe environment for all abilities and everyone shows respect towards each other.

If you’re looking for a gym where you can feel comfortable, supported and get the results you want then Q Fitness is the gym for you. There’s all the equipment you could ever need, fantastic classes and great PTs. Jack and Harry are two of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet too. Check it out for yourself and you won’t be disappointed!!

Q Fitness has a really friendly and family vibe which is created by it's owners and staff throughout. It has excellent specialist equipment that caters for all types of training. I would recommend Q Fitness to all, whether it is elite athletes or someone who is starting a weight loss journey or someone who is looking to take part in exercise for mental well-being.

It’s a great gym, the lads that own it are friendly and professional. I’ve been going there for three months now and will be staying for the foreseeable. It’s always kept clean and tidy and respected my other gym goers.

Solid gym, fair pricing. Over lockdown we were told the gym memberships would be frozen due to not being able to use the facilities. I think I was charged £75 over three months and during that time I had access to less than two weeks of available gym use. One month in particular the gym was open for two days and I was still billed £25. Tried to claim a refund for this both directly with Harry the owner and my bank, but was told in no uncertain terms 'no'. A bit of a shame. Coincidentally the memberships were only frozen when I enquired.

A great range of equipment with plenty of space to use safely. A wealth of knowledge from the friendly staff and members alike, no matter what your goal.
Always a great atmosphere whatever time of day, and everyone is treated like family.

Will never train anywhere else!!!

Excellent gym with the best staff , the owners and PT’s are very friendly and are always happy to help. They give out motivation and determination vibes which help for achieving goals !! Definitely recommend 👍🏼💪🏼
