Great gym, nothing flash, no Gym shark wearing posers strutting around 😉. Staff are friendly, and the gym is clean and well appointed.

This is by far the best Gym I have ever belonged to. The staff & owners go out of their way to help with anything, and are never too busy to offer Advice & Support. Classes are great, a great mix of people of all abilities., The instructors are fab, and have personally helped me gain a lot of knowledge and motivation, and helped me along with my training plan. Top Notch and fully deserving this 5* Review ..

Just recently joined this gym so early days yet, but so far so good. Nice and spacious with plenty of new and modern equipment. Fab staff also sports massage sun beds and a few other bits there. The only thing that I do find is that it’s very cold inside and I think the music could be a bit louder.

This is my second month attending this gym. As a bigger girl who suffers quite badly with my mental health, I always feel judged walking into a gym, but it is completely different here. The staff are amazing and treat you just like everyone else and you don't feel judged at all. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The gym is so relaxed and there are alot of people there with my body type which put me at ease straight away. I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone especially to those who are very self conscious as those worries leave you as soon as you enter here.

Been wanting to loose weight for a long time and was to nervous to go to a gym, so I started here with a mate and I have never felt better, I struggle with anxiety in places full of people but this gym doesn't make me feel like that, it's friendly, welcoming and has all the equipment you could need. The way the gym is spaced out is really good too as if like me you don't like being around to many people you can work out easily on your own. The owners are friendly and very helpful too.

I've been attending Evolution for 2 months now and it's definitely gave me back my gym bug! I've been to multiple gyms and to be fair this is the only one I feel 100% comfortable in going to. If your put off from previous gyms, then I would suggest giving this place a go! Nice atmosphere, Clean & Spacious with a good choice of equipment and plenty of classes.

Started 6 weeks ago and was very apprehensive about joining a gym and being judged but not at this gym.
Loving it , fab staff who are helpful and fantastic at what they do.

Great little gym with friendly and knowledgeable staff that will help you at anytime they can. Great prices on membership and other services like sports therapy available.Doesn't look much inside, but gym is in early stages and future plans of the place sound exiting. Sign up now. 👍🏻
