Very friendly and helpful staff who explained all the current covid regulations. A large variety of equipment for cardio and weight exercise. There was a great friendly atmosphere, will definitely be my regular place to go.

Home away from home with this gym, there is no other original gym like this. Dom is so approachable and such a humble man willing to help anyone with training to suit them and diets specific to everyone who asks for advice. There are also more trophies 🏆 than i can count 😊
