Great gym really nice staff and really good equipment.

Best gym ever. Not sure what I'd do if I ever move out of the area. I think most people are afraid of going to the gym but here it's not just a place to train, it's community and everyone is so friendly staff and members.
Great personal trainers there if you need that extra push or if your training towards a certain goal entering competitions etc.
Can't recommend this place enough as it really is for every body.

Great gym, great atmosphere and cracking equipment. There are plenty of people there that are qualified to give the right advise for whatever your goals are. There is zero attitude and you can feel comfortable here as there is no cliquey feel like some other gyms.

Staff are Friendly, polite. Very helpful when asking questions. Nothing is to much for them. The gym is very clean and tidy . Class are excellent.. Very good PT Leon Young. Brilliant personally , explains everything . Works on what you want to achieve.

Amazing gym. State of the art equipment at Valleys prices, and the classes are unbelievably good. The only trouble is, it's so good, trying to get a place on said courses is a struggle, and they could easily fill double the amount.
