Great, friendly place to get fit - no egos. The classes are as challenging as you want. Even the brutal classes I find myself going back for more - love the mental challenge as much as the physical. The half hour classes are handy when pushed for time. The 6am classes are worth the torture of setting your alarm for some un-Godly hour - great buzz all day.
