Absolutely vile place. Encountered the rudest woman inside who has no people skills at all. She was shouting and pointing constantly when I was dropping off parcels - a service I’ve not used before in that establishment. Avoid at all costs. She was really unhelpful, wouldn’t let me put my parcels down on the counter (my arms were full and she was handing me labels and receipts left right and centre whilst shouting at me). I will never go here again for Yodel parcel services or any other facility this hell hole may offer. Disgusting place run by an absolute cretin.

Rude and quite offensive.
The man and the woman both need to go on a customer service course because they are so rude to their customers, I used to take my yodel deliveries there but not anymore, the last time I was told "come on I haven't got time im busy", I wouldn't mind but I was waiting patiently while she took a delivery at the time !!!!!

AVOID. If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner (brother and sister) running this shop are so rude and verbally aggressive. I have left this shop in tears before purely due to the way they spoke to me and I'll add that I always go in smiling and say 'hello'.

Very rude staff definitely not recommend coming here if you want to get shouted at by rude staff not good at all

The owners are two of the most nasty and uncomfortable people to deal with when collecting packages which means I will not shop there so go to other local places. Unfortunately they do the collection point which I'm contemplating driving to town to use so I don't have to have the continual issues with people who don't/won't put customers first.

Always use this shop good selection of goods available.
