I love all the staff that work there, always bubbly, especially caroline, I know she always has customers waiting until she’s able to serve them. First time I’ve seen that in any bank. Olivia is lovely as well, every smiley and helpful. Between those two they bring a lovely atmosphere into their work place, which is lovely to see. Love going in to see them both. Definitely would advice to bank with Santander too, I’ve never had a problem with them at all, security is brilliant there, which is more than what I can say for most banks.
