Went to budgens this afternoon with my autistic son to by his weekly sweet treat he was wearing a red coat! There was a young man very smartly dressed all in black that was learning I think as he was being over shadowed by a lady! What an amazing smart man he is I mentioned to him not to mention a carrier bag as my son doesn’t like them my son took sweets off him and said thank you! We waited for the change and he even said do u need the change to be specific so he’s happy? Now how much better customer service can you get than that wow thank you who ever u was we felt very welcomed thank you x

In these difficult times Budgens at Buckingham Park deserve a shout out. The staff are helpful and friendly, the store is clean and well stocked and the very helpful young lady who served me carried my shopping to the car for me. A big thank you.
