Leyland Post Office ATM

Rude staff. Came into the shop at 5.20pm to post some parcels and was abruptly told I should come earlier because they shut at 5.30pm...

I prefer this Post Office branch to any others due to the fact that a staff here is friendly and im served faster.

I concur with the other people leaving reviews who have said that the staff here are extremely rude!! That is expecially true of a senior male member of staff. I have been in to the Post Office this morning and was treated very badly, especially by said male. I would suggest you avoid this Post Office and go to the Post Office on Broadfield Drive inside Spar instead. You will be treated much more professionally and politely there.

Absolutely useless. Rude staff (if there are ever staff there) and quite often decides to close early. Avoid at all costs.

had a problem in another post office with a prepaid return package, the staff couldn't scan it for some reason and even opened the parcel to see if there was some thing inside to scan, there wasn't all the information was on the outer packaging as I told them but they wouldn't listen. I left the shop with my parcel which was now in need of a resealing, so went into hough lane post office and they repaired the package for me then scanned it without a problem......first class service from very helpful friendly people.....highly recommend....!

I try to avoid parcelforce as they tend to leave parcels here for me to pick up, the few times I've been in the same rude woman seems annoyed to have a customer.
Today she ignored the customers waiting instead standing blocking the entrance with a brush, then snatched the collection note.

Definitely avoid.

My wife and I are both pensioners and find the staff great to deal with have often had a chate with older gentleman behind the post office counter . I used to get my friends pension there and they helped me sort it out so that I could draw it for him

Go in with a smile and you get politeness back, very friendly and pleasant staff, never had a problem, highly recommend
