Very disappointed. Rude supervisor who scolded me in front of cashier assuming l was rude. He was rude. Didn't even hear what l said to cashier. They should train staff properly before they are on their own. Do people Not listen anymore?. I only asked clearly to use my points. Then they Jump in. What happens to the old fashioned mantra, the customer is always right
NOT as happened to me TO BE HUMILIATED SHAME ON YOU. CHRISTMAS IS NO EXCUSES

We visited Sainsburys fresh kitchen to find some meals packaged and needed to be warmed up in a microwave. Not fresh food.
