ATM (Premier Swan Stores)

So I went into the shop with my mate, we were quite and polite. He gave us deaf stares as if we were doing something wrong. My friend picked up a packet of crisps to ask what the price was. He rolled his eyes and muttered something, so we politely said “sorry what was that” he shouted “Get here!” He rudely said the price. We put everything back and walked out the shop. As we walked out, he started to imitate us and laugh.

I categorically believe that no customer should be treated like this.

I strongly wouldn’t recommend this shop!

I went in this shop being quite and polite and I asked how much something was because there was prices on nothing and he mumbled something and I didn’t hear so I repeated politely and he shouted at me saying IF YOU ACTUALLY COME HERE I WILL TELL YOU! So I decided to put everything back as a customer shouldn’t be treated like that I would put less stars if I could NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP!

The staff ignored you and very rude thay dont speak just piont

Had a parcel delivered here. Went to collect it to be told the driver had not been yet , when I said I had an email to say my parcel was there the man behind the counter started pulling parcels out saying its not here , check yourself .
I still do not have my parcel . They are so rude , and to lie to my face is incredible.
