Stay away from this company!! We have had their atm installed in our business premises for just under a year and it brakes down 5 times a month which leads us to spending 3 - 4 hours on the phone to them each month. They then send people down to fix the machine which are extremely rude and aggressive and never fix it. Now they have not come to fix our machine for the past 24ays, on our contact it says in 28 days is no one comes to fix it you can cancel the contract. Now we have told them we want to cancel, they have sent the matter over to their 'legal team'. Absolute scum bags, especially the manager Jamie.

ATM took my debit card and decided to go offline and then back online, wouldn't allow me to use any of the functions. This was on a Sunday. Looked at the Notemachine website to see that they were closed and that there was no emergency contact.

In this day and age you would think that something as important as an atm would be in good serviceable condition and not eating cards leaving the owner out of pocket until they open to raise the complaint.

The worst company ever.
I was promised to get £1000 a month by (Adam rochford) he scamed me by words to the point where i trusted him and never looked twice to the contract because he was honest and genune. After a few months I recived nothing. When I called him he never picked up his phone at all . I called the company they gave me my account manager to speak to who said you have to hit 5000 transaction a month and now its been 6 months and they keep saying oh you have not reached your target so I can not wait until the contract to finish. I WILL NOT GET THEM OR LET THEM STAY IN MY PROPERTY EVEN IF THEY GIVE ME MILLIONS.

Used the machine in Hay-on-Wye. The elderly gentleman before me, wheelchair bound and frail, advised me that his card had been swallowed. He didn't have a phone so I offered to call the number on the machine. I got an automated response on the issue of swallowed cards stating that customers would need to contact their individual bank, which I relayed to him. I then used the machine and received 20 pounds less than requested. I phoned the company again and the person I spoke to seemed to acknowledge the issue but said I would have to contact my bank who would repay me. I've never come across anything like this before. Avoid.

Installed this note machine in my store over 2 years ago not made a penny from it and now the Council are saying there’s rates applied on the note machine.
This company never told me anything about this plus never made it clear in the agreement in which they state it’s my responsibility.
Be careful and read the agreement because the representatives coming to install don’t explain this.

Wow lots of negativity on here.
Atms take people's cards for a reason not just randomly. If your card is looking a bit worn or bent after spending years in your wallets or pockets then change them with your bank. If an atm cant recognise your card or thinks its being tampered with,it will take your card to protect the card holders account. If an ATM retracts your money it's because your taking too long to take it, again another safety issue that every ATM has.
ATMS do more than give you money, they allow people to pay bills top up phones and deposit money. If it's showing it's out of cash it can still be used for these services.

Had a problem with an ATM not dispensing money but taking it from my bank. Got a reply within 2 hours with proof that money had been "reversed" to my account. Few days later it came through.

No problems here compared to what other people say.
