Mary was amazing, affectionate, attentive to all details. I felt really welcome and very relax after my time in the spa. If anyone looking for full relaxation I gladly recommend Spa Experience Swiss Cottage and specially ask for Mary, she's such a darling. Once more Good job Mary, keep up the good work.

I have been here multiple times, once for a massage and all other times for nail care. Stephanie is just fantastic. She is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, kind, professional just fantastic!

I went today and when I entered there was no one there so I proceeded to knock and call the landline phone. I was told to arrive early to do the form/s, so got there around 15 minutes before my appointment time and as there was no one there I was worried that my appointments were forgotten about. I even went outside to look for someone. After about around 10 mins, a therapist came out and asked me - what I wanted quite rudely. When I told her I had an appointment she kept pointing at the sign that was there extremely rudely reading out the words from the sign like I couldn't read. She did that a few times referring to the sign. She kept talking down to me and made me feel horrible. Telling me that she was the only one there in a 'you should have known this' voice. I told her I don't work here so don't know when that sign was put there or how this facility runs. She was abrasive and rude to me. I'm not sure why she thought that's ok or why I should know how spas run and in particular this one. I told her I was not happy with the way I was spoken to. I have had a horrible time and came to pamper myself to help myself relax. Then I get someone talking down to me because I was trying to find out what was going on. What she did was extremely rude and has spoilt my experience.
If I could, no stars would be given but it's not an option. This 'spa' apparently doesn't train it's therapists on how to speak to customers or just generally how to be civil to people. Absolutely awful treatment received. Refund requested and am waiting for a response from the spa.

My partner and me have been there for a relaxing deep tissue massage last Friday. Our masseuse, Noelma was brilliant. My partner went first in and he said that he feels his back stress free. For me as well she found some nods, but when it was enough for me on that area she was really kind and had a different approach.
We both like to go back to Noelma for more therapy sessions.

Without a doubt the worst spa experience I’ve been to. Sauna working but not hot plus glass partition filthy, The staff either forgot or couldn’t be bothered to turn the steam room on and the monsoon shower just drips. No towel robe or flip flops are issued as in other spa experience venues. My honest opinion it should be shut down and I gave one star so I could write the review

I booked my girlfriend a 45 minute hot stone massage session. Definitely the highlight of her afternoon. Very nice facility, very pleasant staff, a genuinely nice experience.

Spa experience was exceptional, Tanya was very professional, friendly and welcoming. I had a hot stone and my partner did a sports massage, both of us highly recommend this spa Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre.
