Booked a Gel Mani Pedi on Treatwell. When I got there I was told that the app was wrong and that the service I pre-paid for was just a normal polish. Fine, except that the senior staff at the salon was not very kind about it and made it seem like I was bothering her or that it was my fault the app was wrong. “If you have any other problems please wait, thanks,” she said. Fine. I was happy to get a normal polish mani-pedi. Attached the result of the manicure below. Enough said I think. Literally went to a different salon and got it redone the same day.

I'm leaving this review for my partner Mel and mother Caroline who decided to use a "buy a gift voucher" for 2 at this spa. I'd also like to point out that my mother then paid £55 extra for a facial.
So we've just met them down at the harbourside and asked how it went. I'll be honest, me and my dad are laughing pretty hard listening to the travesty that they went through (mainly the mother mind).
I'd like to point out that we aren't moaning people. We're the run of the mill family and as I said, me and my dad find this hilarious but we feel its our duty to warn others.
I'd also like to point out that they've both gone to many places for spa treatments and never had an issue.
So the spa isn't very professional looking. Don't expect bath spa or somewhere of similar ilk.
They walked in and were met by some very young girls, no uniform or any sort of professional appearance. Alarm bells rang!
So Mel had her nails done and to be honest she's actually pretty happy. But that's all she had done.
The mother (who's a bit of a pro and loves a good massge).... so she had a massage and gave it a 4/10 but its the facial were laughing at.
She was expecting... hot towels, cotton pads and to feel loved and pampered etc and a soothing experience and to leave delighted. She says it was like torture. They put stuff on her face that she's describing as grit cream with hard toilet paper onto her face and eyes. There was nothing nice about this experience. She's concerned she's going to get a rash on her face and shes moaning that shes still picking the grit off her face two hours later. This is the winner for me and my dad though, they also both brought swim wear for the spa facilities as advertised. These facilities apparently are the toilets with a chair outside them......
Basically this place is commical for the blokes but expect some hilarious storys after from the women.
Were still laughing, so thanks for the stitch bith myself and dad have had listening to mum tell us about her experience.
Long story short, please don't expect the world and considering what you pay, you're going to potentially be in for a shock.
Nice people just not a very professional place.

We had an amazing time visiting, both Lucy and Natalie were fantastic at putting us at ease. We both left feeling very positive and relaxed. Will be highly recommending them both to all our friends.

Booking arrangements were not communicated between central office and the actual branch where the treatment was meant to happen. I booked half day off work for nothing as the spa located in the city centre of Bristol didn't have my booking registered. They offered me an extra half hour to be added to my gift but tbh im not interested anymore. Too much hassle to park in the city centre and take the time off. A bit disappointed 😥

A lovely first visit for both myself and my 14 year old daughter. I had a beautiful gel nail pedicure and my daughter tried her first facial, which she enjoyed. Their products seem good and are vegan.

Lucy is a lovely therapist. She does everything she can to make the treatment just right for the client. Hot stone massage is wonderful at this time of year. Many thanks for a lovely treatment! 😀😊❤️

I never had worse experience in my life. Just terrible. It is not place to do manicure. She struggled for an hour to remove my gel polish which is ok, I don't complain about that. However she did not shape my nails, didn't cut cuticles, just put nail polish on it on this terrible uneven way. It looked ridiculous. I paid 50 £ for this!! Save your money and time and go somewhere else. This is not good place.

Excellent massage for relaxation. The massage therapist would pause the massage to see if I was okay and if the pressure was comfortable. We had a lovely conversation about my needs after the session. And she was always available to answer my questions about the best course of action. It convinced me that I should return for monthly sessions. What was difficult was that the website was difficult to navigate. What I would change is to make the website easier to use. This is because I tried to extend my 40-minute massage to 60-minutes, but the website was so difficult to use that I gave up.

As my ChristmAs gift, I enjoyed an hour of bliss with Chanelle. I felt cosy and comfortable. The massage was just great and I felt fab afterwards. Coming out of the room, all seemed different… it took me a few minutes to remember to put my glasses on - doesn’t it take your mind off things?!
