New Docklands Russian Banya & Steam Baths

Last here just under the year so what a delightful surprise to find that the place has had some revamping since then
To begin with there is a
New TV lounge, Restaurant cafe, offering good food with Chairs and table dining, and off to one side soft furniture to relax on afterwards.
to watch the world cup and tennis on a large TV
Meanwhile
A new Banya complex down stairs with, has been built holding a good 12 people just off the massage rooms
It's only been installed so for now it's used as the back up should the main one needs its rest
There is still the old Banya and massage facilities, and cold plunge
A must experience, at £15 for 30 minutes or £30 for the hour.

Old school sauna.. Does exactly what a sauna should do on the tin.

Still see many of the old faces from the manor and lots of new ones too

Great experience,nice and friendly multicultural environment , great russian banya and kitchen is delicious also.

Very good old school place. No thrills but hot steam and sauna. Not many places these days you can go to and enjoy on your own timings. Don’t let looks put you off. Friendly crowd and now on my 5th visit or so. Always go whenever i’m going past the docks.

Great facility would be great if they had an app to make it easier to book.

Had my first experience at the Banya today and have to say I wasn't sure at first as the area around isn't that nice to walk in but once you enter the place, Ozzy was very welcoming and put me at ease. There is a great hot sauna and different steams plus a plunge pool! Nothing fancy but the sauna is nice and hot and everyone was very welcoming and friendly! I left feeling 10 years younger!🙂

The only negative is that there aren't as many mixed sessions as majority sessions are for men only!😐 Hope more woman will join so this can be changed. 🙏

Great steam room if you want a proper steam, very good up to date Sauna as well and friendly people...
Very friendly family vibe from staff and fellow customers.

Have been coming here since about 2013 but haven't been back for a while. Recently went back and happy to see the place is still thriving, good atmosphere and most importantly great steam and sauna. Lots of different types of men visit this place and when it's busy there's a lovely atmosphere. Good mix of locals and visitors. Yes it's a bit rough around the edges but that doesn't matter. If you want a luxury experience go somewhere else. Hope to go back again soon with some mates.
