East River Spa

This experience was absolutely perfect in every way. From the beginning, we was made to feel welcome and we were looked after. The massages provided were unbelievable and we left feeling completely relaxed. We will be going back again because it was a fantastic spa day. There was parking and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The scenery was beautiful. But mainly, the ladies in the spa were an absolute joy! Very good customer service.

The spa is nice and clean. I went at 11am so it was ok for an hour then it started to get busy. There is only 1 small steam room, 1 small sauna and a relaxation room, no hot tub or swimming pool. The lockers don't work properly. A lot needed to be reset. I realised that my stuff weren't not locked at all. Luckily, nothing was missing.

One of the best spa experiences that I had. You are allowed 2 hours to use their facility but I only used 1. In that time I was able to sit in the relaxing room and experience the sauna and steam room. After that I had an hour long message that was so amazing. I left feeling less stressed and energetic.

Absolutely awful experience. Wenty over there to find out my massages had been cancelled and I would only use the "spa". A sauna room and a steam room... that's all. No response to emails. no returning phone calls. My booking was confirmed by 6 different people over the phone but somehow none of them knew that there was no therapist to perform it. Staff was polite but sorry... unprofessional... Will definitely not be going back. Waste of time.

Evelyn and Winnie were just absolutely incredible, so welcoming, friendly and professional, we truly had one of the best spa experiences, it was everything we needed, we spent all morning at the premises, about 4 hours in total, where we our package deal included massage treatment(therapeutic to say the least, we both felt healed), loved the amenities, provided us with all the comforts, great atmosphere, loved the rest room and other spa facilities. We also loved our lunch which was included in the package deal, reaaaally great value for money, will be coming back next month when they have availability for couples., really great and friendly service, honestly felt like an amazing experience and a great start to the weekend!!!!

The best spa in London.The place is lovely, clean and relaxing. Nice location and friendly staff. The treatment was executed perfectly and lasting for more then expected. During the treatment the staff was nice and friendly. I will back for sure.

Very relaxing experience From the beginning to end. Renée was exceptional. She made me feel welcome and was super helpful when I asked few questions and also allowed to stay a little longer than 2 hours. She also allowed me to use a spare room to dry my long hair as the hair dryer in the changing room was not functioning properly. The facilities were clean and sauna and steam room were super hot. I had the luck to have them all to myself for about 45 minutes which was a real treat. The relaxation room was lovely with hot stones beds where you can chill and relax looking at the riverside and Millennium Dome. Definitely recommended

The place was clean and comfortable, the spa service and facility were great, the restaurant Scoff & Banter served amazing food. I would highly recommend it. The only issue was that they are understaffed for the spa service.

I booked it for a deep-tissue massage, but then they said they had no therapist available and so booked me for the aroma massage. They also couldn't book me and my partner for the same time due to the same reason. On the day of the appointment, they said they ran out of the aroma oil so could only offer a Swedish massage. It was quite disappointing as the value and experience are different for different types of massages and I generally prefer a deep-tissue massage.

However, thanks to the therapist who actually did a satisfactory job. She is friendly and professional. I do feel for her working on her own, doing the reception, housekeeping, and massage. Well done to her.
