Great little spa. One hot sauna and one tepid. Two steam rooms, one hotter than the other. Jacuzzi fits upto 6 adults and comes on intermittently. All facilities are clean. The showers in the unisex changing rooms are not very powerful or hot enough. I've not had treatments myself but my friends all agree that treatments there are very good. Afternoon tea is nice too. I've given it 4 stars as it's not quite as good as Ribby Hall, but it is much cheaper at £18 for the aqua thermal journey.

Really enjoyed the spa journey. Went for a birthday treat, found the facilities to be clean, well maintained and easy to use. The staff very helpful in explaining the different parts of the spa journey and it's benefits. Very good value for money. Would go again.

Not huge but has all the heat and ice spa facilities to rival many big spas. Day we were there only 6 people there. Had lovely day. Food and treatments great too.

This is pretty much the only place in the area to go for a decent Sauna and steam room.
There are a couple of steam rooms, a jacuzzi, hot bench and a couple of saunas. All are great but overalll it’s a bit small.
Everything is high quality and some nice touches including an ice machine
Unfortunately people tend to go in groups for a good loud natter and it would benefit from some etiquette rules or set times for quiet.

I couldn't recommend this place enough. My husband and I did the Spa Journey and we haven't felt so relaxed In a long time. The place is lovely and clean and the staff friendly and approachable. We will definitely be back.

What was my favourite part?
The monsoon shower.... No, wait. The aromatic room. Oh, the sea salt steam room. Not forgetting the sauna. Okay, the jacuzzi was amazing and really powerful which made my body feel like I'd had massage. I know, the ice chips you rub on your body which were very good at cooling you down without the shock of a cold shower.
The water fountain in the spa meant I could drink lots of water, very good.
So, what was my favourite part?
Booking to go again in June. 😍

Spa Staff were very friendly and it was maintained clean and tidy. (Not the Norbreck Hotel staff)
