Lovely secluded big spa. Bit pricey compared to others but the massage and lunch was great. Expected it to be a bit cleaner for this money. Some of the wet room sauna's had fungus or sand on the floor

Had a lovely spa day, the facilities are incredible. Had a facial which was lovely. The weather was nice which meant the outdoor pool was busy but there were still loungers and chairs available. The lunch options in the spa restaurant were perfect for lunch and there was chance to eat from the cabin outside too. Overall it was a great day would recommend to everyone for a relaxing day.

Lovely facilities and a beautiful spa.
Disappointed at how fine establishment are using saving the planet to be stingy with the "complimentary" extras. They dont pass the savings on to the patrons.

Also disappointed the staff dont take care to show new guests around the facilities so they can enjoy them ti the best.

Finally, a disgusting bloke went and had a wee in one of the experience showers, so glad i always wear slippers!

Beautifull place with high stamfard rooms , service and spa. Amazing food in all restaurants including Latymer with Michelin star . Fully recommended

Wouldn’t usually post a review whilst here but after trying to talk to a member of staff and feeling dismissed we wanted to share our thoughts.

First of all, overall we have loved our stay and it’s the most beautiful spa we’ve visited in terms of aesthetics and amenities. My husband treated me for my 30th birthday and spa wise it’s really lived up to our expectations.

However unfortunately the restaurant really lets it down. We dined at the Hillfield both evenings (unfortunately I have allergies so was advised that the other restaurant would not be suitable but we were very happy with the menu of the Hillfield). The first evening, I would describe our meal as “fine”, nice enough but nothing you’d find outside of a local pub - however for £230 (I’m pregnant so that was a few glasses of wine for my husband, and no desserts) it was disappointing. The second evening, we both would say our meal was under average. I ordered plaice which was £50 so expected something special and sadly I could have cooked better at home, as with the steak my husband ordered. It was such a shame as we were so looking forward to a special treat and when we mentioned how bland it was to the waiter said it had to be made with no sauce due to my intolerances with no apology (for lack of the right word) or a way offering to make it better. I do understand that adaptations would have had to be made however we eat out a lot and the food was of a much lower standard than somewhere we’d pay 50% of the price for.

It seems a shame complaining as overall the stay was so beautiful but having spent nearly £500 on food over the past two days and feeling we could have made better at home is disappointing. The restaurant seems to have a few reviews like this so we so hope this feedback can be taken on board as if the food improves we would be RUNNING back.

Also just to mention, minus the dismissal of the feedback from tonight’s meal, the service has been fantastic. Also a great alcohol free mojito at the bar tonight, thank you!

A nice day out - the spa has a nice range of facilities and a good restaurant, all followed by nice treatments…just nice though, which overall seems quite overpriced.

Absolutely incredible place! Stunning grounds, amazing pools, fantastic facilities, friendly and helpful staff, next level massage, decent food. Not a bad word to say about the place really, except that it's a bit pricey, but had the best day! Highly recommend.

The spa is always incredible - never over crowded, always clean with warm and inviting staff members. Some of the jacuzzis are showing signs of wear with tiles missing but overall I absolutely love it here and feel so much more rested after my visit.
