Even though the "before massage" experience was strange as while booking the appointment with my partner (as it was a birthday gift from him to me) I had the feeling that we are ``slightly pushed away`` as we were advised to cancel the voucher and ask for refund because we were having difficulty finding a date and time to match my working hours with the pregnancy therapist availability, but as for the massage part it was totally worth it got an amazing relaxing massage, she was simply amazing - kind, caring and safe!!! Totally recommend her!!! Liked the place as well nice and clean 💖

Booked through Groupon and should have know better on what business go ‘cheap’ with Groupon… massage was lovely, manicure and pedicure awful, service average. Wouldn’t recommend.

NEVER use this spa. I have been left with long term damage from a treatment and was in pain for weeks after. Staff had to reach out to the manufacturer of the machine because they didn’t know what had happened to me. When I later reached out to Caroline the manager to tell them I am now left with long term damage I was told I signed a form and that they accept no responsibility.

Fabulous afternoon full massage with my daughter. The staff were incredibly accommodating in fitting in a last minute booking for my teenage daughter as a special treat. Even better, they managed to fit me in last minute as well. We shared a treatment room, which had two massages tables. The atmosphere and aromatherapy oils were devine and the massage was TOP NOTCH. Deeply relaxing and very professional. The staff made my daughter feel so at ease. I cannot recommend the massage highly enough. Thank you for making the afternoon so special. We will be back!!

Amazing spa hidden in the heart of Henley on Thames. I had the 85 minute Spa Indulgence package and it did not disappoint! From moment I entered it was a welcoming and tranquil experience. I had a lovely massage and facial by Caroline which were truly relaxing. I would highly recommend Kubu Spa and will definitely be a returning customer.

Today I went to the KuBu Spa for the second time, the first was when I was pregnant and had a pregnancy massage and facial which was very relaxing. Today I returned for the same treatments and thoroughly enjoyed them again feeling so relaxed and recharged. The facial has made my skin feel soft and fresh.
I couldn't compliment the staff more as they were very professional and made me feel at ease. We will definitely be returning!

If you want to have the possibly worst massage of all times you have found the spot. I asked for a deep tissue and what I got was a limp one handed soft rub as the therapist was too busy scrolling on her phone as to use both hands. When confronting the manager, all we got is as a “we checked her phone and no messages where sent during your massage”. Is that a joke? Wanted a refund of the remains of the xmas voucher and was told that I would be allowed a different therapist next time. NEVER AGAIN.
