The staff were kind, calm and tentative. Such a fantastic afternoon.

Gorgeous Spa and facilities. Friendly and welcoming staff, we were made to feel so relaxed. Lots of treatment options. Milsoms is a favourite and the food never disappoints.We look forward to going back!

Had a really lovely relaxing morning here. There is an outdoor plunge pool/spa and a sauna but no steam room. I had an excellent pedicure. The music they play isn't the normal spa music you'd expect but modern 'pop' which is ok but could do without the 'f-word' blaring out when trying to relax! Friendly staff.

Absolutely fantastic, lovely ambiance and wonderful staff, Emma was absolutely amazing! I can't wait to go back, 100% worth every penny!

Really disappointed in the phone contact today. I needed to change an appointment and was told to ring back today to organise that. I phoned 3 times in the day , it went straight to recorded message. Two further calls were made and I couldn't hear the receptionist- quality of the call was poor. And finally when I got through at 5.10pm I was told I would have to ring back tomorrow as
the phones and spa were closing for the day. The closing time advertised is 6pm

We had our wedding here on 12th October and we were simply bowled over by how well the day went. Sarah and her team could not do enough for us. We stayed the night before and used the spa, ate in the restaurant and then our big day arrived and we were so well cared from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Huge thank you to Sarah and all the hotel staff and to the girls who did our spa treatments- Ella and Rachel. Amazing! Thank you all so much.

Great treatments and lovely if slightly limited facilities. Friendly professional staff.

I spent a day at the spa in August as part of a spa and stay package at Kesgrave Hall and had an amazing time. The spa is set back in the woods and feels like an exclusive oasis just for you. Our group all had massages and they were some of the best I've ever had, and considering that the products are all elemis they are reasonably priced.
The staff couldn't be more lovely, they were all so friendly and accommodating and made us feel truly pampered. We'll be back for another spa day and to try some more treatments!
