Fantastic. My husband and I have been clients here for years. We both have the deep tissue and hot stones mainly, but the mineral boost comes highly recommended!. The massages are amazing and really fixes us. Paulina is incredible. She is so friendly, caring, knows her stuff and really makes you feel valued. She is absolutely amazing.

First time here and I will be returning! Friendly, clean and calm. Becki did a great job on my eyebrows and lashes. I wish I’d had this treatment sooner!

My first experience here and although the difficulty was climbing stairs ( for me personally ) hence 4 stars, the ambience hits you with a warm glow when you arrive , calming music, great lighting, and well the staff second to none. (5 stars but there no half stars.) They are extremely friendly, extremely relaxing approach, extremely patience even with older clientials. The busy life was overhead, here you are private and quiet perfect settings for relaxing. The wow factor for me was they take each individual and really ensure you enjoy your spa day out. I cannot praise a high class establishment enough. Well done to the whole team and thankyou for your all your skills and hardwork , please sort a lift is my only minor criticism then I can return often. 😊

small spa of 6 people allowed in at a time and they use elimis products, they are unisex spa, abit dam and need pain at reception but great place in Exeter x

Had a lovely experience here for my birthday, me and my partner had a frangipani dream treatment each which were incredibly indulgent and relaxing, great setting and full use of wellbeing spa room. We will definitely be back. Beautifully peaceful zen place.

The ladies are always super friendly. My last massage was fantastic, the therapists are super knowledgable and welcoming. The location is fab for parking and the train station. Always a good experience.

I had a Frangipani Dream treatment with Emily and it really was just that, a dream. Walking into Haven, away from the ground level Christmas madness of the City Centre, it's instant calm and tranquility, you are transported into a totally different world of relaxation. All the staff are welcoming and attentive. Emily was fantastic at talking me through the process of the treatment and gave me plenty of time to undress and get ready. If you're like me and can't decide between treatments, this ticks ALL the boxes. Facial, massage, scalp massage..tick tick tick. With everything thats been going on in the world, this really was a chance to switch off and be pampered. You will not be disappointed by this little slice of bliss

We were given a surprise massage booking by our daughter.
What a lovely relaxing venue, the staff are friendly and polite the massage was very good.
We would definitely recommend a visit.
