Fawcett & Co Accountants

This accountancy company has in my opinion gone downhill since being taken over.
I gave my accounts beginning of April and haven't heard anything until I contacted them 3 weeks ago and I was told my accounts were having a final check over , I think basically I was getting fobbed off.
I called them again beginning of this week and spoke to quite an abrupt person who admitted they are understaffed which I didn't need to know and only gives less confidence.
Lady on phone told me I'd definitely have something in post by end of week and of course nothing has come through.
I've been a client of fawcetts for over 15 years but seriously considering going elsewhere next April as this not good enough!
