The team at Watford has been very helpful, in particular Jamie and especially Sam, they certainly have the right etiquette for customer services, not your usual cowboys trying to make quick money out of their clients/customers, but a polite a competent service based on professionalism and expertise.

Jamie has helped me on the process of striking off the company while both directors live overseas which makes the process harder than normal. I am grateful for his patients during the process and assists us through all difficulty accounted. Overall, I am satisfy with the service provided.

My account manager, Jamie, was very knowledgeable on my predicament - which took quite a lot of sorting out and communication from him with HMRC. He was very patient in his approach and provided me with great advice and clear instructions on how to deal with HMRC and what i needed to do in order to get the matter resolved.
