Forgotten all deadlines since joining them in Feb and already been fined (granted only a few £££ but would have been more if I hadn't have contacted them to ask if they'd missed a deadline), limited support on how much is available to draw as dividends/tax planning. Had 1 phone call with them. No dedicated accounts manager — receive duplicate emails from multiple people in the team asking for information that I'd already provided, emails are all over the place. Important emails sent to my old inaccessible email that's been updated months ago. Generally a very bad and stressful experience wasting hours trying to keep on top of the deadlines and tax costs myself.

I was with SG accounting for years, they tried to charge three times more then another accountant to close my accounts. Two years on they completed my Tax returns for a year that I was with them and they asked me to pay £165 just to do tax return. I wouldn’t recommend a company who is so money oriented.
