Numerous issues starting with emails incorrectly addressed due to cut and paste errors. Failure of setting up a business account when discussed over a phone call that i required one. Attempting to bill me for a month prior to myself contacting Taxevo. When i had highlighted my issues and requested to stop all dealings with Taxevo due to the poor service i had recieved, i was requested to pay 2 months worth of charges although they had only been dealing with me for 3 weeks.

The service is very standard, I was put on the wrong VAT scheme so lost out on a lot of revenue. This was not cleared up after multiple times of chasing and like other had to pay to get my account back. Do not use as it will cost you more time and money than you will save.
