DO AVOID . I have used this company as my previous accountant retired .
Unfortunately it was the biggest mistake ever . Their staff change and leave all the time, got about 5 different people dealing with my tax return, everytime having to start from square one as they don't seem to pass on details .
Now dealing with a lady who doesn't seem to know much about her job, pretend she sorted tax return to find out few months later nothing was done, paperwork lost....Talked to manager who did acknowledge a few issues with her . Lots of lies it seems , (shame I can't attached emails to this review to show the incoherence of them all) . We now had to phone many time to sort out issues , everytime lady pretends it's all sorted only to find out months later nothing was done . Of course when we ask to listen to recorded previous calls they say they don't record anything .
Would like to send formal complaint but they dont seem to have any complaint procedure ( what a surprise....) also beware they do charge extra fees saying we did ask for extra insurance which we never did and once again when we ask for proof they have nothing to show ( no paperwork, no signature).
So much more to say about this appalling company but please don't use them. Shame I couldn't put 0 star
This a genuine review and not the type of review we like to leave usually but this time it's too much

A grossly incompetent firm.

I had to fire the "accountant"assigned to me due to their ineptitude. I wont be using their "services" again and would suggest you avoid doing so.

Ive only ever left one other one star review on Google before - so Im not someone who leaves negative reviews that are unwarranted.
