Had a poor experience with this firm.

Very abrupt on the phone, if they actually answer. Charged more than estimated, for less of the job than agreed. Never communicated with me that the cost was exceeding what had been quoted or that billable hours were exceeding what had been predicted.

When asked to set up the company pensions for 2 people with weeks until the deadline, which wasn't done until 3 weeks later, almost causing my company to be issued a significant fine. Only avoided because I then sorted it out myself, was still charged for the full service though.

Wasn't informed until 5 months after they'd stopped working on my accounts that they weren't working on my accounts.

Very poor service, would recommend any companies thinking about using this steer well clear, as I will be from now on.

I've used BBK to do my bookkeeping and self assessment tax return since I set my business up nine years ago. I find Jenny and her team to be helpful, accurate, proactive and knowledgeable and that always reassures me that I'm in safe hands. The time and worry they save me makes every penny I spend on their services worthwhile and I'd highly recommend them.

The team at BBK have been looking after my accounts for 3 years now, and I honestly couldn't fault them. Their receipt hub system is so easy to use, and I'm always aware of my tax liabilities well in advance of the payment dates. Really takes the stress out of accounts!
