Took my utr and p60s in for the last 4 years left them with them while they queried a colleague about the claim went back they could find my p60s and utr gone no recollection and I don't know who I seen rang my firm said they only got last 3 years and I got pay 100 plus vat for utr and missing 1 years return disaster had to give 1 star to let me post
