Dynamix have been our accountants for over a decade now. Played a large roll in helping us grow and been friendly and accommodating at every stage. Naz has gone above and beyond more times than i can remember. Cant recommend them highly enough!

We recently switched over to Dynamix after years of being with an accountant who just didn't do what they said they were going to, leaving our accounts in quite a mess. Dynamix were recommended to us by a client who has used them for years, so we decided to take the plunge and switch

In the 4 or 5 months that we've been with Dynamix, they've sorted out the huge mess that our old accountant had been trying to sort out for years (big thanks to Shaun in payroll for all his hours spent on the phone to HMRC for us). They have a dedicated team of staff, and all of the people we've had contact with so far, have been excellent. Any queries have been quickly responded to, often within an hour or two. We used to wait weeks for responses from our old accountant and always had to chase them, so the same day responses from Dynamix have been a very welcome change!

All in all, I highly recommend them and am very pleased with the service we have received so far.

I joined Dynamix for our 2 SME's after their sponsorship of Canterbury Pride in 2019, believing they were a professional Company with values aligned to our own. I have a lot of experience working in Charity Finance for many years at Director level so know what i am looking for from an accountancy practice. The service I received from Dynamix was of poor quality, untimely and unresponsive. We have since taken our business elsewhere after a series of missed deadlines and poor quality work. I was promised money back from our annual fees in February 2021, but am still waiting in September 2021 which does not fill me with any confidence. Avoid
