Very unprofessional service, from both the carers to the admin staff. 80% of the time, carers are late, they do not alert the office nor their clients when they are late which is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable considering many clients will need to have medicine at specific times and are often at home alone without any other support. When calling the office the office staff answer the telephones like they are answering their own mobile phones and have the foul attitude to match. There are a couple carers who are fantastic! And you can tell that they love their job and they do an amazing job. (This is the ONLY reason I have given two stars, otherwise it would have been one) However the majority of the carers have no care for punctuality or even have the professionalism to let anyone know that they are going to be late, most of the time they are between 15-30 minutes late for a call. If this was a regular office job then they would have been fired a long time ago and I urge the management of this ‘care’ company to have a really good think about some consequences to consistent lateness. As the carers are not getting reprimanded so are continuing to be late. It does not shine a good light on the company and is actually disgusting considering their line of work, the people they care for and how they have no consideration for their needs at all. Would not recommend this company and will be taking my complaints further.
