Truly awful. Unfortunately I was recommended to speak with John Helps by a contact. After an initial consultation I followed up with Mr Helps and could not get through to him via email or phone call. After chasing on email I did receive a reply that he did not need my business. Generally, it was a waste of time investing anytime in communicating with Mr Helps, and actually resulted in losing money as I now have been advised by a decent accountant that there have been lost opportunities due to wasting time with Mr Helps. Unprofessional service. Poor communication. Lack of attention to detail sums up the experience.
