John Biggs has provided a professional, friendly and fast service with regard to preparing and filing accounts for our small property company for the past two financial years. He has always been willing to offer advice and to go the extra mile when needed.

I wouldn't recommend this branch either. My 2016/17 self assessment was submitted late. A provisional assessment had to be submitted on the 31st of January 2019 so my 2017/18 self assessment wouldn't be late two years in a row. Very unprofessional! This is despite the fact they had my records and I had sent them a couple of reminders asking if they needed any further information. When I complained that it was unprofessional that they didn't have my self assessment ready on time, the accountant's response was that he found my spreadsheets "cumbersome". Yet HE was the one who had asked me to place my records in that format.
Despite being paid up until April 2019 they want me to pay them more money to complete the 2018/19 self assessment. BE CAREFUL and only communicate in writing with this company.

Be very very careful NOT to believe this company and its owner. The owner lied to me, set me up and then hit me with huge extra charges and then tied me up with small print. Be warned he is a liar and you will regret doing business with them.
