Ivan and team managed two years of complicated tax returns for me. He was incredibly diligent and thorough and left nothing to chance. He spoke with HMRC and previous employers on my behalf and really satisfied his high standards that my returns were accurate and fair. Had a pretty bad experience with these guys. I talked to them on the phone and answered questions about the services I needed, and they provided a verbal estimate for their services. They then instructed me to come for an in person discussion, during which none of the details about what I needed materially changed. I was subsequently charged £600 for that conversation (a surprise) and then received their updated quote for services that was twice the amount they estimated on the phone. I had to abandon them and find someone else to do the work, so in the end I paid them £600 and received nothing but a waste of my time. Would not recommend.
