Disappointed that the "modus operandi" for a simple, single HMRC submission was that I was asked to provide full banking information for a subscription to an Australian accounting app - we chose not to go ahead. Also disappointed to receive this request for a review after requesting in writing that all of my personal contact details should be deleted...
