Fast and prompt services, the staff are friendly and dedicated to completion. It is definitely value for money, if you look at the result at the end.

Very rude and unprofessional. They couldn’t explain their mistakes on payslips and pushed responsibility to employer. They don’t really understand how tax code works and don’t even listen. If they don’t know and can’t resolve anything, they will say “call HMRC, don’t call us again”. It’s a laugh to call themselves ACCOUNTANT. Don’t use their service if you don’t want to lose money mysteriously
