I had initial meeting with Raiyhana . Very professional, took all the required details and given very good advice. I have already requested them to do this year tax filling and also planning to do next year tax filling as well. Very happy with the service.

Terrible terrible ridiculously unprofessional service. Went there for a quick initial consultation re employment status and provisional fees, yet was bombarded with questions about my life background, family relations, belief system etc... after a thorough history lesson, the lady on the other side of the room (who was sat there eavesdropping right from the beggining) began to disrespect myself and act in a very hostile manner, for no apparent reason. Bombarded me with questions in a rude and totally unprofessional manner. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing! This is how they want to deal with prospective clients, wow. I had to leave immediately. Poor poor service, epitomises Ilford and its associated stereotypes to the fullest. Never part with your hard earned money with these absolute whackjobs.

Very fast and efficient service. Thankyou especially to Raiyhana and Uzma. I will definitely be coming back for next year!
