I have been a customer since they started. They always ask for my documents and information well in advance with everything signed off and filed in good time.

Taxassist Aylesbury made such a hash of our accounts we instructed a verified forensic accountant to go through the past two years accounts which we are now considering restating.
It would appear that Adrian Huntley of DSB Ventures franchise owner of Taxassist Aylesbury is neither a chartered or regulated accountant. In fact he may not be a qualified accountant at all. We have repeatedly requested information regarding our accounts but Taxassist Aylesbury is not willing to provide basic information as advised by our forensic accountant including requests via our solicitors whom they have ignored.
We weren't aware before we instructed Taxassist Aylesbury but you don't have to be an accountant to run a Taxassist franchise. You have been warned...

Adrian was a lifesaver! I was so stressed and confused by my corporate tax return filing after another accountant had got my return wrong and stopped answering my calls. Adrian helped me to locate the right information, gave me advice on how to recover my registered address from the other accountant and produced a new return for me in less than a week, even contacting me over the weekends to make sure I didn’t miss deadlines and get fined. I cannot thank him enough for his friendly, unjudgemental guidance and service.
