I have been using Tax Assist Accountants for over a year now and have found their services outstanding. My previous accountant was not very forthcoming with helping me stream line my business needs.

Ali and all of her team have been very helpful, the knowledge they have has helped me with questions which I have had to try and improve my business.

Very unprofessional. I made a residency test query on the 28th of March. I was charged for their services upfront on the second day (with the speed of light for them).
And now it's been more than four months, and I still didn't receive any results. After a few rounds of emails (signing docs and clarifying details) they just vanished. They did not communicate to me with any ETA or that the process may take a long time. And now they just stopped answering my emails.
Do not waste your time with this company.
