I went to Margaret following a recommendation from my neighbour, who had used her for years. It was a great recommendation. Margaret consistently outperforms larger firms - A++ for service, expertise and value. If you need personal or business accounts done, you won't find any better.

April 2021. Started using this company.
They started a LTD COMPANY FOR ME. They charged to complete my year tax and payroll for an employee (myself)
£2300 FOR A PERIOD OF TIME OF A YEAR AND HALF. I provided all the documents they required on excel. She said they had to re-do it themselves. THEY DID NOTHING. ONLY ONE PAYROLL A MONTH. £2300 ABSOLUTELY RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THEM !!!! I WILL MAKE SURE THIS REVIEW WON’T GET DELETED AND IF IT DOES , I WILL COME BACK AND REWRITE.

I chose this company as was local. They quoted a very cheap price so decided to give them a go. After 5 years of lots of errors and everything last minute we decided enough was enough. At this point they suddenly charged me well over £2000. I had never paid an amount like this with them and they forced me to pay it with holding my details so couldn’t move forwards. My new accounts said this was very unprofessional. Paying half the price now for better and more personal service.
