Horrible experience !!!
I believe the manager is called rob something?
He was unwelcoming and general has a horrible attitude ! Complete unprofessional and unreliable.

I saw the website online and all I'm saying is this company is the very worst you could be cursed with.

Sometimes I wonder why I pay an accountant when there are so many 'Apps' available.
Today was another of those days that I'm glad I do. Having received a notice from the Pension Regulator, I forwarded it on to Astute Services and was contacted to explain my options (as a small business). They then took my preferences and spoke with the Regulator on my behalf and sorted it - no fines for me.
So why do I pay them - peace of mind, that's why; that's worth everything.
