AIMS Accountants For Business - Niall McConkey

We've been with AIMS for more or less since the beginning of our venture as a wedding venue in Godalming, Clock Barn Hall. I was introduced to Niall by my previous book-keeper who suggested I should switch to his firm for my accounting. I must say I'm so pleased we did. Niall is excellent at explaining things clearly and I'm sure I drove him mad in our early days, but he always seemed to have time to talk over the phone and explained in Layman terms to help me put things into perspective. I love the firm's payment system with no hidden extras! Definitely recommend the firm though don't steal him from us!!

Niall and his team have been extremely helpful. We set up a new business for the first time last year, and they helped us from the very beginning with everything we needed. We haven't also been the easiest customer having been a bit messy with the paperwork in the first months due to just not being used to it and they managed to always help us without ever making us feel as if we were asking too much. I highly recommend their services, they are always there to help, both on the phone and via email they've always answered very quickly and professionally. We are really happy we found them and we're sure we will keep working with them for a very long time.

After my previous accountant retired I needed a firm who could take care of all my company accounting needs including payroll, vat returns, annual accounts and returns, but also having someone at the end of the phone for other accounting advice relating to tax and company law.

Finding Niall and his team was a relief knowing I was with a safe pair of hands who can be relied on and available if required. Nothing is too much trouble.

On a plus side, although I shouldn’t say it, the fees are reasonable too!

Moving to another accountant was not an easy decision ,but it was the best thing we have done for our business. Niall and his team made it seamless with clear communication and have continued to help us stream line our procedures. Giving us more time to do what we do best.
