Sheridan are a highly capable firm, offering an excellent service for small and not so small business. I would recommend Sheridan without hesitation!

Sheridan have given us a first class service for the last 5 years. I would recommend them to any business looking for accountancy services.

If you value your business or company avoid Sheridan Solutions at all costs., very bad service with no experience and an owner that can't be bothered to call you back after leaving nearly 5 calls and three emails, They cost me and my business lots of late filling fines with HMRC with NO furlough or Self employed payments in March 2020 due to very bad book keeping and non filling when all our paperwork was left at his office weeks before the due date..
This company are not accountants only very bad book keepers and bad ones at that, I feel they need to be investigated and fully retrained how to deal with business matters.
I have filled a full written report to HMRC requesting them to fully investigate Mr Taylor of Sheridan Solutions for such poor advice, unprofesional filling and bad practices. Hopefully by reading my true review, you will be fair warned and consider contracting the services of a qualified MAAT accountants instead.

WORST ACCOUNTANTS IN NUNEATON & WARWICKSHIRE...AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUE BUSINESS!!

This is a true account of what happened between Oct 2019 and April 2020.
If i could review them as zero I would...... They are only book keepers and bad ones at that. NOT MAAT CERTIFIED which an insult to all profeshional accountants to call themselves Sheridan Accountants Nuneaton.

Worse company ever after fourteen years..for the first ten years things where okay not great still late fillings and problems etc, however the last two years the service we have recieved has been inacusable, terrible and very unprofeshional ......for years we have had repeated HRMC £100 FINES for late or non filling of returns. We have had so many problems such as we have used Sheridan address for our business....we do not recieve any letters that has been sent to Sheridan from HRMC, they are NEVER PASSED ON TO US.. The only letter we recieve is final demand for fines because they are then sent to my home address as Demands from HRMC.
" THIS IS TOTALLY SHOCKING". Every time we argued with David he promised to sort things out and file returns on time even though all our paperwork and boxes of purchase orders and invoices were delivered to his office by my wife well in time for the HRMC return dates
Last October 2019 ( recorded) we insisted David sort out our accounts and get things back in order with very strict instructions and I needed to get my accounts in order for SA302 Buy to let mortgage.....
Again, David gave more promises to our face that he would sort out everything ....again nothing was done or sorted and we were calling & calling his office to speak to him but yet again he continued to ignore our calls and my BTL mortgage fell through.

David talks a good sales pitch to get YOUR BUSINESS and monthly payments but can't back up his work or sort out simple accounts and WILL actually cause you more problems overall in the long run.. " Mark my words".... He is not interested in any small or micro local business which he has repeated many times in conversation infront of me & my wife which actually made us feel terrible and not wanted as a small micro business. ALL he wants the bigger 1M businesses only......God only knows what problems he would cause them.
In March/ April 2020, due to Sheridan Accounting services blunders, errors and non filling to HRMC, my company the two Directors, and ALL my staff where NOT entitled to any Furlough payments, nor any self employed grants in June 2020 lock down. Contacting HRMC directly for advice, they told us we had over £4000+ in late and non filling penalty fines. They also advised that they have been sending out at least ten letters to Sheridan address before a final demand to wind up & strike off our company came to my home address....I was furious and yet Shocked why David woukd do this to us considering we had been with him from the start ten years plus.... Yet again Sheridan accountants have failed us on multiple occasions and levels.....this time we fired them imeadatley and instructed the services of a local MAAT certified account who has worked extremely hard with us and HRMC sort out and remove all the fines and our accounts have never looked better.

Our new account has contacted David Taylor numinous times to send over all paperwork belonging to our company as professionals are suppose to do when your change services...however no paperwork or company accounts EVER ARRIVED!!!..Our new accountant has confirmed to my wife & I directly, he has never spoken to a more unprofeshional, unorganised and disrespectful person trading as and accountant and he is a total embarrassment to the industry to be trading as an accountant without the qualifications.
As things stand, my wife & I are currently seeking full legal advice from my solicitor Mr Gary Roy, David & Co on the next steps against Sheridan Accountants and how they have failed us professionally and caused us so much distress.

Used this company for a while now and can't rate them enough. The level of personal service is better than we could ever of imagined.

David has provided me with a good value and well valued service for over 10 years. I find him responsive-he always returns my calls, objective with his help and he and his team work hard to deliver my accounts in time to file with HMRC without any fines. It's services like this one that help small business owners concentrate on what they do best without them we would struggle to survive.
